That’s my son’s. Nope bolt it back together with the old crap and run it for the weekend, broken plastics, couple zip ties and a smoked belt system. Damn belts. Pull it back apart next week. we’re going😉

He’s a hell of a guy. Busted ass to get program up and going to cut the sheave but some issue with a battery on the CNC machine? Still working to get it resolved today but overnighted everything else I needed, be here tomorrow. Sheave might make it Friday but it’ll be too late. I’ll get it all back together then pull apart later to replace that part but should be ok for a min.

Few updates.
yesterday I had to chase the FedEx driver down. Saw him leave my work without dropping of my package. Needed that bed for the machine bad so when saw him not slow down I jumped in my car and confronted him about 2 miles down road, long story short it was at my work 15 minutes later.

got bed cleaned up, new taillights in after 1/2 hour bending the mount brackets back straight. Front end is back together, waiting on new plastics but did what I could. It’s missing a couple pieces of plastic that were just too torn up to go back on, they are coming as well but she needs to go tomorrow.

height increase is tremendous, I’ll have to chop the cage like the Pioneer now. It won’t fit in the camper van anymore, plus it looks bad IMO.

Clutch parts coming. Need to swap out factory clutch spring with the new performance one, tried figuring out how to do that and remembered the automotive spring press for struts, seems like it’ll work good. Man come on parts!!

Came back to work and got the secondary clutch cleaned up, resealed, regreased, and purple spring on.

Got her together. Done the Polaris belt but just change, changing all the bad parts and regreasing the secondary on this was kind of a pain. On the primary I am running greaseless rather then all greased up like factory as was suggested by Todd at Hunterworks. Says it engages better with more engine braking and with the shims adds a much lower gear. After a quick rip around the back 40 I will agree with him. This thing has NEVER ran like that. Holy crap. Should give lower cruise and higher top speed, don’t know on that yet.
Now with all that said, the Honda is much cheaper and easier to do. But it is better then it was.
clutch cover and surrounding plastics tomorrow at lunchtime and after work.

Apparently it now needs computer done as it’s just barely into the rev limiter on full throttle. So that and exhaust are planned. Lots of power out of the hole and it cruises at 50 much lower rpm, not whining as bad.
Ground clearance is very nice and everything actually working including doors opening is a welcome site.
Damn nice having one of the three Sxs winches going lol. The Wolverine got through a mud pit I couldn’t however it got stuck where Pioneer wasn’t close to getting stuck bushwhacking so it pulled itself out once and pioneer once. That’s fair. More stuff coming this week.
I already posted pics on NTC but I’ll do them here as well.

Actually had hood luck with the Boss sound bar that we picked up 4 yrs ago but the remote was attached to the roll bar and broke smacking a tree last year. Love the sound of the unit so instead of replacing it just picked up a little Bluetooth controller to plug right in.works good just got to permanently wire it in tomorrow. She has tunes again nice and cheap.

Boss will sell that controller with controller-side half of the harness for 37$. Don’t ask me how I know, lol.

That’s not bad. I wanted something for this weekends ride with you so this was quick. Figured screw it, put it under the hood and hopefully it'll be safe.
