I have hard roof and glass window, would like to mount a 52" LED light just under the roof. Will it have a glare? Will a straight or a curved light bar work.
If its mounted in front of the glass it shouldn't have a glare. I prefer curved to give some light off to the sides. I mounted a 52" curved just above the hood.View attachment 176745

I used the PBR light brackets, but had to modify them slightly we a piece of Aluminum due to the way the Rough Country Light Bar mounted. That looks great mounted there. Which brackets did you use?
I just picked up this 52" curved bar: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LXG8VZX/?tag=sxsweb24-20
Thanks!
Nice looking Rig.52” curved light bar. It fits nicely and no glare. I would t put it under the roof, you’d get too much glare and you may have trouble opening a window as well. I also made my own “L” brackets, cheep and easy View attachment 176987
You won’t, the hood is narrow enough and sloped enough so you won’t, plus the curved light bar is just that, curved away from directly on the hood. The glass window does not open, but don't want a glare off the hood
Thank you. A lot of time and work went into that and it’s still going lol. Here’s a few more pics.Nice looking Rig.
Your rig is beautiful. I'm working on mine and I can only hope it's half as nice as yours.52” curved light bar. It fits nicely and no glare.
