2020 500. Just got it two weeks ago. Drivers side frame where the upper control arms bolts up looks like there is a weld missing?? The other side is welded all the way around. Drivers side is just barely welded on top of the tube leaving a huge open gap. How are y’alls??

As a hobby welder, that's a horrible fitment if it is supposed to be welded. No way you should have to fill that with weld, it should fit WAY better than that.

Cheese and rice I think quality control took that entire week off. Hopefully they don’t give you a hard time about fixing it.

Any of y’all have a pic of yours you can post? Thanks
That would be good to have with you in case the dealer balks. It looks like a formed sheet metal bracket, not a structural frame member but that's just going by your photo; I don't have one to compare.

For the stuff custom built in your garage, for sure. I work in production welding where parts are premade, and our tolerences are 1/8". Sometimes 3/16" sneaks through. There are several parts on the frame and that 1/8" for every cut can add up. If you can walk across it, you can weld it.

Hopefully honda or the dealer takes care of that quickly, it sounds like that is a pretty unsafe setup.
