Pretty sure its 304 SS. 308L filler is what you want.

400 series SS has more carbon making it harder and is a little magnetic. Almost all the SS self drilling screws are 410 SS.

Ive had dealings with large ss sheets for cutting press. No stickie

I haven't used that but online it shows good for 304.
