May need the change door bushings or adjust the catch on the doors.
Any suggestions on what to replace them with? The machine only has 600 miles on it. Can't imagine they're worn yet.

Definately.
And the hold down bolt with the knob, inside the fabric, that bolts them to the rivnut in the door.
That one aligns the upper fabric with the opening.
They're not great but can be adjusted to fit better.
Tighten the set screws on the inside door panel last. JMO.
Door bushings, I bought cheap ones on Amazon and they worked good. I think guys recommend RB3 brand. If yours have slop in them or rattle I would change them. If you haven’t noticed a problem don’t replace them yet.Any suggestions on what to replace them with? The machine only has 600 miles on it. Can't imagine they're worn yet.
Well the Honda soft doors are junk. I kept the zippers lubed but while zipping closed the windows on a cold morning the threads tore on one side and the zippers locked up on the other. Also the pull cords for the door latches have become stuck and useless - they no longer slide. And the doors sag so bad there is an almost 2" drop that has to be overcome before the door can close.
These windows had been used less than 10 times before this happened and were never towed with.
The dealer is going to warranty the windows but I've about had it with this machine. Can't argue with the capabilities. That's never been in question. But the build quality and lack of comforts have me looking at another brand now.
