Turn lock to lock and check to make sure same amount of steering arm on each side of the rack.
But if tire sits funny top to bottom it's in the arm or mount. Do you have any pictures?
Just it sittin in truck..
will post a few..In morning...
steering wheel turns fine..

Tried running the tie rod...out
to see..it's like the tie rod
shrunk.... plus top off tire pushed...out
...bottom of tire...kicked in..
Is the skipped teeth..an easy fix
...or replace. .with used...
Thing is...if the rack skipped teeth, it is connected to both sides, so you get the steering wheel off, but it wouldn't change toe unless something bent. And it sounds like something else is bent with the camber of the wheel you describe.

And thats what i meant earlier. Tolerances stack up differently when taken apart and change the alignment for sure, but when you've replaced everything and still have to move the toe inches (assuming you made some effort to get a tie rod end back in the same neighborhood as the old one), then something else is wrong. I would think about ordering the a-arms for that side which i believe come with ball-joints...but thats still throwing parts, which i don't like to do. Some nice pics would be helpful.

Like @DG Rider says, I don't like throwing parts at it either. If I'm trying to find a bend or something out of alignment, I would be measuring from one side to another to find the differences. I wish I could be more help but I like to see the problem in person.

When you say jacked to the left, how badly? Is it obviously out, or does it just "look" out...because eyeballing it can be tough unless its obviously really out.

Easiest way to check the inner tie rod end for bendage is to loosen the outer tie rod lock nut and rotate it a turn back and forth. Any runout (wobble) will give you the answer.

I hate stuff like this...where obviously, something is wrong, yet nothing can be found. I had the same problem on a Rubicon (long story) and the dealer just reset the toe. That just band-aiding something else thats bent. Any paint flaking anywhere? Thats usually a sign of bending.

Only flaked paint...is where weld cracked...

For wheel to be kicked out...when steering wheel straight...
is..gotta be..a arms....or steering rack..
but..neither. ..seem damaged...
steering wheel..turns 1...1/2 turns..
each way..
like I said ..I will throw parts at
it...upgrading. .from 10mm...
to 12mm..at least if it....don't fix problem
....it's heavy duty......crazy. ..weird..
Banging my head....
hopefully. ..more minds...on this
.... will..find & solve....thanks again

After a few months on the forum everyone learns to speak (read) "rocmar". Hang in there and it will come to you. It took me a while, and now I have achieved one of the items on my bucket list, to learn to read (and even write if necessary) in a foreign language. :)

Id try measuring each side to a known point. Like center of balljoint or mounting point to a point back on frame same on each side(a hole or something. )
Maybe point wheel hubs straight one side at a time, measure center of front hub to center of rear hub?
Poke around like that....it should show up something that measures out from side to side ....that maybe doesn't look out.
Hard to just look at it to see bent parts sometimes.
In my past life rebuilding car salvage , misalignment could be found with measurements ....in absence of a frame rack.
