Thanks. Not sure about a windshield. I would like one for when it's cold. If I could bend the lexan, I would make my own. I found a place online that will make a fold down one to my specified height. That way it will work with my top. I may go with one of theirs.

At some point I plan to chop the cage. Not sure when I will get around to it though.

If you've done a snorkel.... when you remove the factory intake cover, do you just leave the relays under the back of the cover open or do you cut the intake cover and only use part of it so the relays are still protected?

Got the stealth snorkel on this evening. Shouldn't have to worry about splashing any water into it on an oops and it raised it up a few inches. Af0bb5a79030cdd7c645f1ac9f3e0d4dB46598fe27957806abbca207ecb38331

Make sure you pin the filter in place. It'll suck the little bugger all the way into the airbox.

What do you think, put a screw through the hose into the filter?

I drilled 2 holes and put a piece of coathanger through it. Bent it over and put a wire nut on each end. Black taped around it.

After the ride this weekend I updated and prioritized my wish list. Being on this site is getting expensive. A while back I would have looked at some of these trails and said, "I can't go up that". Now, that I've seen these rigs in action in the pics and vids on here, and put some miles on it, I say, "I just need a set of tires and a couple inches of ground clearance".......... After about 11 years of no serious off roading I'm starting to get my mojo back! Man I needed this rig.

My wife says the Pioneer is my mid life crisis. She said she was glad it had 4 wheels instead of 2 boobs!

I’m getting back into the build..... I️ gave my wife a list of parts for her to divvy up to family members that wanted to get me something for Christmas or my birthday. The parts should start arriving soon. Who makes the light bar brackets that mount on the front cage bungs of a P1k5? I’ve seen them on here, but can’t find them now.

After toting my bow around in a hard case all season. It was time for a quieter easier option. My wife bought me a set of Kolpin Rhino grips for my birthday. She’s the best! I️ put them on the rear passenger grab handles in the front of the bed. Worked out great.

I bought S&S plates and guards... I’ve broke both welds on the front guards. I suggest UHMW skids.. the aluminum is fine and stronger than 1/2 UHMW. But I didn’t consider the deformation. Build them yourself if $$ is an issue. The UHMW is super easy to work with!
