It probably doesn't look like much has been done to it but there has. Once it gets completed Ill list everything that I installed aftermarket wise. I like seeing list of other builds to see what I would want to put on mind. My 33s are in my other garage and I dont plan on putting those on until I get all the new suspension parts installed. Ill post pics of those once done. Yea this has been a very expensive rebuild but at the same time I'm learning a lot putting it back together. I found a few places to ride where Im located. Im just worried about going out on my own at a new location not knowing where to go or how to get back to the trailer lol. Ill keep everyone posted to how the build goes through the next few months. Thanks for checking in and the feedback from everyone over the 2 years I've been working on this. Very much appreciated.

Good to see you making progress once again!

As for riding trails you don't know, just install OsmAnd on your phone and you literally cannot get lost. You can turn on trip recording and show a colored trail everywhere you've been, so at a bare minimum you can at least backtrack.

I have an introductory Osmand thread here on the forum.

Just come across your post and read it. Sounds like and adventure you been on. One that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Please find insurance for this rig it's just a necessary evil. If wasn't for insurance and taxes I'd have a little money left in my piggy bank.

Do you have the parts on backorder order from a dealer?

If so have they CBO the parts?

Your close to us we might have some scratch and dent parts we could sell if your interested.
I ordered my plastic panels from PartsPitstop.com there are 3 pieces that are delayed cause of a warehouse issue. 2 should be here within the next week. One part they don't know when that will arrive so I might see if you have that part available. I'm at work so once I get a chance to get the part number I'll send it to you. Thanks again.

Well I talked to two places that do cages and what not around Central Ohio and still having no luck to finding someone to fix my bent frame. Granted the reps I talked to were very informative and I can understand why they didn't want to fix my frame. Mostly insurance reasons. Even though I struck out, it helped me to get to know some of the people around my area that do certain things and offer certain parts for the Talon. I might ask around a little more and if it comes to it where it cant be fix. Ill find a way to cut some plate out and just bolt my cage to the frame where it is now. Im still in the process of bolting on a few more aftermarket parts for this. Plus doing a lot of cursing, tossing tools and having to reorder some parts because I click on the wrong items lol. Once I get that done Ill post pics of what all I've done.

Just saw this thread and I can totally relate with what your going through on a different scale. Mine was wrecked last September after about 10k in parts I was finished this April in time to ride this spring. Also made some upgrades. There is a thread on it called back on the trail. I wont copy the link but you’re welcome to search it. I found an automotive frame guy. He had a shop that did only straightening and reinforcing. Mine was only front passenger upper a arm area. The tabs were good but frame tweaked behind. Deal was if I could drop it off in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day $600 cash. Sounds like you need a shop like that with a table they can actually drive it onto and look at it. Glad your gettin it done. Good job.

Thanks for the info. Im probably better off doing that. It shouldn't take much to bend it back to where it will bolt to my cage. Ill brace it up myself Im just worried about not being able to bend it back. I mean if I really wanted to, Id just hook my winch up from my trailer and bend it that way lol. My gut tells me not to do that so I'm not going too lol. Ill look around my area and see if they can do that for me. Glad your having fun with your ride.

Another update..... I've been pretty busy lately and haven't had time to work on the talon. I totalled my truck so I had to buy a new one. I worked on it a little last weekend and last night. Front end is almost done. Need to adjust my headlights still. Now im just waiting on my parts on back order.

**UPDATE**

My frame is finally fixed!!! After the search to find someone around my area, I found one. His shop is 1 hr and 50 minutes from where I live. Wasn't a bad drive either. Took him a hour to fix it. Here are the pics and his business card. His email is wrong he told me on the card. He specializes in roll cages, fab work, bumpers, or anything that needs done to your side by side. Here are the pics.
