If you have the pipe you should also get the programmer. Dobeck one. That's the few power mod i'm going to do. HMF pipe and programmer,, uni filter

Not tried the tuner on the Pioneer but I have used them on a couple of different motorcycles. My opinion, they did not work or I did not feel any performance gains after spending hours dinking around with them.
I do see if they really can control fuel rates then one would be necessary with the turbo.
Horsepower only costs money and time!

AFR+ - Air/Fuel Ratio gauge plus EFI controller. #1 Fuel trimming and closed loop controller.
Highly recommended, very nice programmer for just a few bucks more.
