Does anybody have any recommendations on how to insulate the cockpit of a talon 1000 Ahrar so it won’t be so hot, didn’t know if there were some type of insulation I could purchase or perhaps add something to the cockpit
That's a issue I have been looking at also.
I have plugged firewall hole around the brake and gas pedal . That has helped a little. One big area is up past the shift lever.
I have tried different things there but not real happy with them.

I found this mud guard / firewall shield that might help a little also.
I will try more things after I get it installed..
I am sure others will be working on this also and chime in..

I made a mud guard similar to one listed on eBay, but extended towards the ground to help keep the heat out of the tunnel.
Opening up my SuperATV windshield to the first notch helps with the heat coming up around the shifter.
Until I can find someone to make a plate to go around the shifter like there is for a Pioneer, I cover the shifter hole with a rag.
On my last ride I put a towel under the front edge of the driver's seat which helped a lot. Going to look at where this heat is coming from. I really noticed this because I was wearing shorts.
My GM friend complains of his being hot, alot more than he does.
He figures it's the lack of air flowing through the front that he's blocked off and the lower door fillers.
I would think the air flowing through those holes would keep the air moving.
