I've revised the lower 2 switches of the design. The bottom of the cubby hole created an interference with the lower 2 switches making them unusable.

I've gone through my list of shipped orders for the original switch plate and am shipping free replacements to the customers. This was my mistake and I'm not going to let customers down with a low-quality product.
