P1000 Homemade Door Bushings

I hate being exclusive like that, but I agree. Lifetime members, Supporting members come first. They have stepped up and helped the forum monetarily to keep it running. I will start a thread in the next few days to help organize who wants what. I will try to limit it to one machine per member, unless we have extras.

That will do less than 40 Pioneer 1000-3’s, with 1000’s of members and at least hundreds of lifetime members (maybe larger numbers) and hundreds of regular contributing posters, not everybody that wants them is likely to get them. It just seems that a protocol of priority must be set.

Someone should send a set to the assembly plant and show Honda how to properly build a door bushing.

Their are definitely folks coming out of the woodwork taking advantage of this. Many signed up just to ask for free bushings. I suggest one set per lifetime member until they're gone.

I clearly showed how anyone can make their own bushings for less than $10. I would encourage those with a little ability to just make their own it takes 15 minutes even with bare minimum tools.

I am giving away 10 sets and olered is giving away 40. The supply is going to dry up quickly.

I didn't realize so many requests would come pouring in when they can be so easily made. Hopefully folks will understand.

Just doing the upper bussing on the front doors makes a MASSIVE improvement. For $14.95 and less than 20mins I did all four doors.
