Try Black Butte Porter. You should definitely be able to find it there.

Alaskan Smoked Porter is good, also, but only comes in 22oz bottles.

Alaskan Amber.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

Or, hit one of the local micro breweries, do some tasting, and take home a growler or two

Yep, you should have access to all the Californication breweries.... The only thing they do well is make beer.. Sierra Nevada has some good ones for sure.

My resolution is to drink one of those camel piss beers that @drfubar likes so much.
Seriously though I don't think many people know this but I smoke but ashamed about it and out of everything I do or have ever done it's a tough one for me to quit. My wife and I Would like to be smoke-free for our trip in April that's number one

Try the Nicoderm patches,they work great I quit chewing two years ago using them.The first week is the hardest but the patches take enough of the edge off to make it doable.
Quitting tobacco was the best thing I have done but even after two years I still crave it sometimes.

Actually I prefer the new Glarus brewery. Spotted cow is famous. Bars and restaurants have got their tit in a wringer trying to sell it across state lines.
