Wife picked up 1/2 cow today. They said it was a smaller cow and I had know idea how much meat it would yield. It was a little less than I thought it would be but it was also less expensive. I should've taken a pic while it was in the cooler, but I didn't think of it till just now. Ribeyes this weekend!
