As far as tough I still swear by the Ripsaws.3 years 4 different rigs 5000 miles in heavy sticks and rocks still with 2/3 tread and never a flat!

That can happen with any tire. 30s on 14 are a big difference than 28 on 14. From what ive seen most desert racers run these tires.

I don’t ride much desert so I’ll stick to ones that work well in my area.
