Has anyone built a Greg Bell engine? Has anyone used one of his turbo’s?
Why you ask?Has anyone built a Greg Bell engine? Has anyone used one of his turbo’s?
No, I have a Jackson turbo with fuel pump, injectors, cam, springs, and more that the Jackson turbo isn’t big enough for anymore. I want to make more power, and he has the bigger turbo set up.Why you ask?
Did u blow yours up?
Yeah, I know he has way too much on his plate. I wanted one of his headers too, but couldn't wait.Good luck getting him to do anything
We're still waiting on a header, it's been like 2 years now I believe.

It's more who you know ans who you blow
We dont do either I guess
I can’t stand the Kraftworks plumbing to the cooler. Looks like a plumbers nightmare. How many pounds of boost ?Kraftwerks turbo makes more horsepower with the PPEI tuners on the job. They were making 250HP at the rear wheels last time I checked. Engine reliability will drop but the drive train handles the HP well.
In the woods it's tough to use the 104 we have.
I never did run that. I use a Donaldson unit that sits behind the passenger seat up high. 3” intake. Most people hate the jackson air filter.
They revised the way the intercooler is plumbed now. I bought a Turbo kit last spring, and it's different now. You just have to take two hose clamps off to get to the air filter. I'm running a "stock" ppei tune with stock motor internals. It's been great for 1000 miles. It's getting head bolts and pistons this winter just to be safe.I can’t stand the Kraftworks plumbing to the cooler. Looks like a plumbers nightmare. How many pounds of boost ?
Have you done a camshaft yet? They revised the way the intercooler is plumbed now. I bought a Turbo kit last spring, and it's different now. I haven't. I'm pretty happy with the current performance. It's much faster with 32" tires then it was stock on 28's. The Kraftwerks tune was junk. Shifting was off even with 28" tires. I don't want to have to use anything more than 91 octane. I welded bungs for O2 sensors in the header, but I haven't even hooked them up to adjust the tune better. It's very thirsty now. 75 miles and the tank is dry.Have you done a camshaft yet?

Good to know. Off to spend more $$..I was going to suggest getting one for reliability, we've seen a few turbo guys spin the timing gear on the camshaft. Usually leads to weird idling problems and obviously poor performance. Some guys were welding the oem part as well.
We spun the one on our race car but it obviously gets the snot beat out it. We replaced it with a BC cam.
