I been there countless times my parents had a lake house there when I was little. Now they have one at lake wedowee in Alabama. Allatoona is not what it used to be .

I watched a couple Youtubers break down the timing schemes on a few of the new songs... I don't see how anyone (youtubers) can comprehend it... much less (Tool) who creates it. Serious talents.

Yeah, they are definitely on another level and a lot of people just can't hear it. Most of their songs have several different meanings depending on the interpretation, and that's just the lyrics. The musical timing is a whole separate mind f***. The deeper you delve into it the deeper it gets until you just back away and think, damn this is complicated! One of the reasons they've been my favorite band for the last 25 yrs.

He was definitely one of the greats. Look at all the talent that has been lost to plane/helicopter crashes and drug overdoses.

Just got tickets to see Genesis in Nov. Probably the last tour they'll do, they're calling it The Last Domino. Phil Collins is in pretty rough shape the last I heard so surprised they're even doing this, first tour in 14 yrs and they're only covering the NE. Saw them back in the early 90's and it was an awesome show. Btw, the tickets are not cheap. 🙄
