Hell that aint bad
I basically used a cutoff wheel and took put the hing, about a half inch from pivot , just enough to clear the exo tie in, still seems to clamp tight. I see no issues

Well, I'm very impressed with the live valve, very soft in rough slow stuff. Firms up hamering down, I swear it is improving over break in, seems to be learning so to say.

This is not helping me not want one (This, and @EMAW custom seat risers).
They're supposed to be rough at low speeds! 😄

Things I have learned and changes .
#1 no fender flare additions =suck, piles of mud on rear of buggy, side windows cant see. Rock blocks fender flares installed, 10 80 prr filter replaced.

#2 plastic flip up windshield sucks in winter.
Satv glass windshield installed, only a small 1/4 inch trim for my exo bars, good qaulity. Kept flip up for summer. May not change back.

Installed A quick release fire extinguisher and a quick release window spray off bottle. Used zip ties and adhesive to mount it to quick release coupler

After a day of riding in sloppy conditions, my last trip without the rock Blox fender flares I had 8 inches of goo on my pre-filter.

A lesson learned, a Talon with out extra fenders sucks, my side windows even stayed clean.

Found a perfect solution. To make satv cab seals very snug, found this weather stripping at Ace hardware, super sticky, now a great seal on my cab doorsView attachment 454482View attachment 454483

Curious what kind of temps you see with that weather stripping? Need to try to add some on my pioneer and wondering how it actually handles cold.

Just spent a full week at windrock, rode hard, did many black trail 9,6 12, 35 so on.

Machine gave me not one second of trouble, did realize it was getting pretty hot inside though, I don't want to lose my glass windshield, orderd some tusk wing vents and a shift boot to go over the shifter heater slot heat blaster.
