Just set up a Paypal account in case we all agree. That is the way I paid @trigger for his trigger shield ( used send to a friend option). That way if the deal falls through before purchase, I can return -Send- the money right back. This would require a quick account sign up, it just took me 1 minute. If yes, I would PM my paypal name.
Any other suggestions?

Wife nervous about this, so my EX Police Chief friend will tag along. Seller just called me back. I am not certain anyone knows until they get it and figure out mounting brackets and such.

That is what I was planning as well.
Weld up a lightweight aluminum frame so it can dump and tow it behind the P700
