Ive got a battery in the shed that reads 12 volts with the volt meter but aint got enough ass to light up a 12v bulb, so yes. However, check your fuses and relay and make sure cable ends are clean. Im sure someone else will be along shortly with more advice. Welcome to the forum btw! Will a low battery cause the fuel pump to not pump?

The Pioneer 1000 electronics are very voltage sensitive, but they also have had a history of loose ground wires that also cause near identical issues that can affect everything going through the ECM. If your battery is showing less than 12.7 volts sitting or 14.1 volts running it is not fully charged, or being charged in case of running. Will a low battery cause the fuel pump to not pump?
