Took the Pioneer out for the first time in warmer weather and decided I need some vent holes in the skid plate to get some additional cooling to the exhaust.

Here's what I started with

I laid out the location of the stock vent holes from the Honda factory plastic skid plate but decided I didn't want holes that big.

I also added 2 holes per side in the foot well guards and another fastener to flatten the sides out.

Looks good... I hadn't thought about the need of holes for airflow. Makes sense!

Great idea to keep thing cooler and having some air flow.

That is some thick stuff!!!! That is what I plan on making my roof out of. I just put a 2" spacer lift on yesterday woo hoo lol.

3/8" would be really thick for a roof. 3/16 or 1/4 would probably be sufficient with enough mounting features
