How did you fasten the PVC pipe to the rubber elbow on the filter box? Is it just pressed in there?

Yes I built the box on the back and I drilled through and bolted it onto the rear rack with 4 3/8s bolts

Metal it's all 1 1/4 angle with 1/8 plate
