Decision on our tie!
Rules state -

A tie in voting will go in favor of the member with most post counts only if their counts are greater than 100 apart. Otherwise, a 3-day tie-breaker vote will be issued.

So.... @Plumber32 is the winner for #1.

After speaking to Plumber, he wants to split the prize. What a nice guy!
@Plumber32 will get the shackles and @Tigermark will get the strap.
