I'm just trying to get a general idea on what would be a fair price to ask for my bike if I sold it outright instead of trading it in? It's a 2018 P1K5 LE with 773 miles and very few upgrades. Front roof bought from and installed by the dealer the day I bought the bike. Dual battery isolator installed by the dealer. I installed the larger cup holders, PBR dash panel switch plate with 3 power accessory slots ( 2 have digital voltmeters with usb-c charging installed) and 8 rocker slots, and I also have the heat shield and fan kit for underneath the seat, but still in the packaging because I haven't had the time to install. I had the dealer remove the back half of the roll cage the day I bought it, but I still have it and all the bolts stored in my shop. Bike is stored in my shop whenever not in use.

Picture above is of a 3 seater. Given todays market conditions you "might" get 14-15K to the right buyer.

I sold my 2018 P1K5LE with 13K miles on it 3 years ago and got $16,500 on eBay motors when machines were scarce.

Appreciate the reponse Jackal. I was thinking it would probably be somewhere around the 14 range based on what the dealer offered me for trade in. And it's definitely a 5 seater. I just have the seats down in that picture.

I had the dealer remove it whenever I bought the machine. Had all kinds of grand plans for it whenever I got it and the back cage would've been in the way. Got the 5 seater for the rare occasion that my nieces and nephews wanted to ride. Plus I liked the matte grey metallic and the 5 seater was the only one my dealer had in that color. Fast forward 6 years and some change later, none of my grand plans for it came to be and the nieces and nephews put 95% of the miles on it riding around the property while I was out west working.

The way these things are overpriced, with low miles and accessories like you have and if all the plastics are intact, I'd start at 20K and go as low as 18.5K.

A few 2024 leftovers around still. My dealer has 2 deluxe models 1000-5 at for a hair under 20 and they are the 5 seater.

If your dealer offered $14K I'd take that and run. If you're gonna sell outright you'll need to put the ROPS back on and add the rear section of the roof, otherwise it's hurting the value. The dealers are starting to sit on inventory so there are deals on new ones, it's gonna drive down the price on used eventually. FWIW, dealers up here are selling new P1K5s for under $20K OTD.

Nah…..used prices are still stupid. A little bit more and you can have a new machine and all the updates.
I'm still trying to spend your money 😉🤣. Just looking out for ya 😁

Nah the dealer offered me $12K. Figured he was going to resell somewhere between $15-16K. Slapping the ROPS back on wouldn't be an issue, but the roof would be since I'd have to order one to put on. Definitely not trying to spend money to sell it.
