I'll be surprised if you don't rub 31s. Up front I trimmed 1/2" under my headlights. In the rear I rub the bottom of the doors, door hinges, bottom of the bed and the rear roll bar gusset on 30s.

I'd start with as little preload as you can buy adding preload isn't all bad. I can send you my Elka settings one of these days the only missing piece will be the spring rate unless you can figure out what's on your shocks
Do you have aftermarket arms?

I don't ever see me in a position where my suspension would articulate that much. The tires do rub the front arms when I turn the wheel to full lock. I think I'm going to really like these tires. They have reduced the RPMs pretty significantly.

Thanks to @snuffnwhisky I'm the new owner of a real nice set of used Elka Stage 5 shocks. I also installed a set of new SATV rear A-arms as well. Hopefully my Buckshot Mudders will be here this week and I'll be good to go for a while. Regarding the arms, while I certainly appreciate the adjustable camber, they are a real PITA to adjust. Hint hint @SuperATV. PS, sorry for the crappy picture.

I noticed that you have added a washer to your dump bed hinge . Did you by chance do this for bed alignment reasons? My bed sits about 3/8” closer to the cab on the pass. side.

And, BTW, I'm looking for maximum comfort. Want the smoothest ride possible, don't care about gaining any ground clearance. My N78-15 (31") Buckshot Mudders will be mounted later today, so that coupled with SATV front and rear a-arms should be sufficient.
Looks Good. Do You by chance know what your tire/wheel setup weighs

This thing still rides rough as a cob. I'm pretty sure it's the tires. I'm also going to delete the sway bar as I've read it helps the ride. What say ye? Any ideas?
With those heavy truck tires, I would say no more than 7 psi. Yes delete the rear sway bar unless most of your riding is high speed black top.

No need to worry about bead losing seal?
If you dont have beadlocks you can pop it off the wheel depending on how you drive and the terrain u ride in.
I have just outer beadlocks and std bead inside the wheel and have had no issues. Just try it and see. Worst that can happen is that youll have to reseat the tire again, then you know that tire cant take that kind if psi without beadlocks
