Gotcha…what should I use to check it’s squareness to the body of the cooler….I have some banana shaped 2x4s from the Menards lumber yard…can I use them?
🤔… that’s a good question, I’d say you’ll want to use some 10” - 12” Ibeams or if you don’t have an Ibeam laying around a yard stick will do. Just make sure you fully load the cooler first and check it. Then open the cooler and get a beer probably best to drink the beer, close it check fit and repeat until the cooler is empty. That way you know that the alignment stays true through out the torque flex of the weight redistribution process.

This thread has been super helpful, got my 12kW hooked up, lid aligned and lubrcated.

the only challenge I have is what to use to secure my cooler to me trailer. I have some log chain, should I use that?

Has anyone ever mounted a rear facing back seat (like a golf cart seat) to there cooler. We bought a two seat cool but we would like to take all six kids and all their friends with us.

I might have something that will work for you. This one is more set up as a one seater but I’m sure you get the idea. Pink seat for a girl and believe I remember seeing a blue seat before. Guess as long as it’s not yellow or brown and you’ll be good.

I recommend this cooler. It's all self contained and doesn't require the use of any kind of frozen water, under lid insulation, REALLY EXPENSIVE RUMP ROASTS, bailing wire or the other extravagantly expensive mods yall are talking about. Only mod you will need for this cooler is a 3500 truck. The benefit is 2 fold. You will save miles on you SxS and you won't have to worry about those 44" tires rubbing your SxS with your lowering kit.
