Slightly confused by the question…
My complete pistols I’ve bought all come with sights.
During the plandemic I couldn’t buy a slick top for the 365 when I built mine. Think “P365 SAS.” I built 2 P365’s and this one was a STRD. Slick top red dot. (Or GD/green dot) I build to the beat of my own drumming
Ive got a Glock 26 with suppressor height sights that I’ll run cans on at the range because IDGAF LOLI’ve also got my business license still so if you guys need parts just let me know.

Didn’t realize how expensive the laser grip is.
Kimber included these grips as standard when I bought my micro 9 two years ago.

I guess that’s to each his own. Keeping the mindset of “treat all guns as if they are loaded” safety should be paramount. That being said I just can’t grasp that carry method. I don’t look forward to ever being in a gun battle, but if it happens I want to be ready. If I meet an attacker head on , say at Home Depot…and if I go down it’s not going to be without a fight. The last thing I want is to have to have that split second quick draw and shoot (and chamber a round). Lots of these gang bangers that “carry” don’t really “train”. That’s an advantage for the good guys…stepping slightly off center during draw could buy you those precious seconds (if you are ready). Again, just a thought but definitely worth pondering.No worriesI am nearly unoffendable. Used to be called normal, but I think now it’s “alt-right?” I don’t really know. I don’t have Fecalbook or any of the other socialist medias.
I was knowledgeable on firearms safety even before the Marines. I fully agree with “no reason to not carry to be ready.” My opinion on that though, however you do carry, be trained. I’ve got friends who carry full HK9’s with 2 extra mags, or a SCCY CP2, 1911’s, and one of my end-of-the-world friends has a big stupid jacket on all the time to hide his folding AR9. I ran women’s and children’s gun safety classes back in my previous home town too. Some of my friends carry and they don’t train or practice shoot. They fumble around when we do go to the range and it’s obvious they need to familiarize. Those of us who train, all train different and it works for us individually.
My mindset is, if I’m knowingly going into a dangerous area, knowing there are guns which are not in friendly hands; 1. Why am I in this situation. 2. If it’s necessary, I will put one in the pipe. 3. Situational awareness and is there a way to avoid a firearm use situation.
My everyday carry to Home Depot and then to the grocery store, stopping at a friends for some help in the shop and then home… I’m fine with Israeli carry. If I am the first one shot in some public shooter situation, what’s the chance I saw it coming and didn’t have time to take cover to assess the situation. If I hear a gun pop in Home Depot, I have a cover rich environment to escape and evade. To save and protect those who cannot. Situation will always dictate and nobody can predict the future. When I train someone new on how to carry, I present options and let them feel out what’s best for them. That’s the beauty of self protection! What are you comfy with and what let’s you be happy knowing you can react accordingly.

If you don’t change how you do things, in accordance with what people tell you to, then you’re good as dead. Just like the state saying “you only need 10 rounds.” I guess those extra rounds are just too dangerous to carry.
I’ll continue to carry what I want, and how I want, no matter what the internet says. If I’m knowingly going into a gun fight outside of combat, I’m not taking my concealed pistol. I will bring one of my 100 other guns. If I’m going to a s***ty part of Portland or Seattle or any of the other blue bucket dumper cities, I carry with one in the pipe. I also avoid s***ty places because I use my brain and judgment. With as much as I train, I can draw my Sig Mosquito, rack a round and put all 10 into the lower neck or head before most will draw and fire 3 well placed shots in the same area. Guaranteed.
No matter how you carry, train. Train the way YOU want to carry. I think the last time me and friends looked up the possibility of being the first person shot in a situation like that, we figured you were a 1 in 182,000,000? This was years ago when we were doing college papers. You’re more likely to hit powerball. For the US, that’s almost 3 people a year could POSSIBLY be shot first in a shooter situation without knowing what was happening.
Again, IF you are carrying one in the chamber, awesome! Good! Can’t be happier for you that you choose to carry that way! If the reason you are carrying one in the camber is because you are finding you’re always in a predicament where you need to be the first to draw and fire, I am more concerned for your operational security, the choices you make, and you’re judgment of staying away from life threatening situations. If your thought is “shoot first and explain later,” good luck!

After I assess the situation and deem that self defense, or putting down an active shooter would dictate. Armed self defense classes teach escape and evade before drawing and firing. I have yet to see any armed defense classes teach, draw and fire. I’m not saying YOU are suggesting that! The thought is, get to safety and protect, assess, and decide your next steps.
Not trying to piss anyone off or directing this to one specific person. Just saying that there are a magnitude of ways to carry. Choose what’s right for you. Make sure you use your head before pulling the trigger.
