Its just a way to insure a random list can be created and recreated for review.
The random part is the PB numbers and finally the post counts.

I will generate a list of 5 columns randomly picked from random.org
I will pick the top from each list. If post # is disqualified we will pick the next number on the list until a winner.
Once a winner from column 1 is found then we will move to column 2.

Ya, its confusing. But its the only want I know to randomly pick numbers and let them be checked if yall like.
