P1000 Check engine light 10 long blinks 1 short blink

I have a 2016 Honda 1000 Pioneer. Idling ok but when I go to take off it hardly moves and sputters. The check engine light blinks 10 long and 1 short. Any help appreciated

Anyone get an answer to this or know what might cause? I'm also getting CEL 10 long blinks and 1 short.

Here is screen shots from the service manual of the codes and the trouble shooting pages associated with code 101 for throttle release sensor. I believe that is the sensor down on the pedal assembly. I know there was a recall on those at one point if im not mistaken.

Thank you very much. I really appreciate it. Apparently there was a recall on this? I'll reach out to the dealer and see if my machine is eligible.
