I will be taking to my brothers tomorrow do I need to take it off or will it be ok while I'm trailering it?

just roll it up.as for silicone,will it attract/hold dust?? i trailer mine with my soft bimini and mid panel.so far so good.if i can drive it at full speed i can't see any reason why i can't trailer it as well.
