Get the sticker/pass ASAP. AZ rolled out new software and it's been a disaster. I still haven't gotten my off road tag for my new 700.

Where do you get off-road stickers for these states, ranger station?

There are lots of places you can get a Utah sticker, including some in nearby states. $30 for a year, $35 online thru mail. If buying in person, bring your license and proof of ownership.
