I had it right on the roof to start with. I found it to the most effective were I have it now. It is completely adjustable so it can be positioned to the floor to your body or to the back. The passenger has there own so they can put it were they want. The centre one can be put on the roof arnd angled where ever you want it. To find the most efficient spot for you go for a drive and use your hand for a deflector. You will find the sweet spot for you.

You confirmed that putting it righ on the roof didn't increase the air. I was wondering if that was true or just the way mine was working. Mine will push the air down to about the bottom of the swearing wheel, does yours move it down farther?

Looking back at your pictures, I think your getting a better bite into the airflow than I am. I think I need to find an air dam. I like your idea.
