Going to be purchasing a 2024 Honda Pioneer 1000-3 in a few weeks. Trying to decide what the best route is to do a dual battery system with 2 winch front and rear light bars in front and the rear. Do you guys recommend to use the factory fuse box or to go aftermarket?

Winch contactors/solenoids should run direct off a battery with the provided inline fuse.
Set up a relay and aftermarket fuse block - there are lots of descriptions on the site.
With your initial plan, use a minimum 12 post aftermarket fuse block or you'll regret it like I still do.
Dump the other inline fuses and use the proper amp rated fuses in the block.
There are a lot of great guides and thoughts on this site. Use the search bar.
Good luck.

POIDH.

If your running a winch front and rear, deff a dual battery is needed. These rigs are voltage sensitive and its best to keep the accessories on there own battery and the main for OEM stuff as much as possible. Id recommend a separate fuse/ switch panel like Auxbeam (simplest) To power that stuff up.
