P500 Bumper/winch question...

I want to purchase and install the Strong Made front bumper now, then add a top mount winch to it next year. Will the bumper have to come back off? I don't wire...

No. It doesnt have to come off.
There is enough room to reach inside and run bolts up for the winch.
