Motorcyclists around the country are confused and frustrated by BikeBandit, a well-known online seller of motorcycle parts and gear. Starting in late 2021, customers have been complaining that orders are never delivered, and refund requests are never answered. BikeBandit’s online customer service chat is broken. Its phone number is dead.


If you know where to search online, you’ll learn that BikeBandit quietly filed for bankruptcy in February 2022. But there’s no indication of that on the retailer’s website, where up until the middle of April 2022, you could fill a shopping cart, enter your payment info, and send your money to a defunct company that had no way to fulfill your order. Recently, one thing has changed: If you try to place an order today, you’ll be told the item is “on backorder.” But aside from that, the site is still running, even though the company is not.

I ordered some superatv rear arched a-arms from them for my buddy last year. Even though I knew that superatv quit making them for the 2017 wolverine. I figured they might have had a old set in old stock or something. I waited about a month and canceled the order and was refunded. They shouldn't of had them listed to begin with and they definitely knew they could never get them again. That's when I started reading alot of bad stuff about them.

Yes CEO, OWNER, OWNERS WIFE, All the scumbags that clean out others hard work.
Private equity firms(holding companies)should be banned from entering into markets they obviously have no interest in advancing. The last three companies I worked for all got bought out by private equity firms that stripped them bare and unloaded the polished turd they left behind. Many hard working folks lost their jobs and were told "Nothing Personal"
