What do you think about giving @wrwtexan a location to meet us when we’re doing lunch or a break somewhere. Is that doable? He says he knows the park like the back of his hand....🤷‍♂️

We could probably chase y'all down if we have to. I end up being lead for my local group when we go. It's a 3 hour drive up for us so if launch is mid morning, we could probably get there in time to meet or not be far behind as the Bear Creek ride didn't leave the motel until after 10 AM. We are staying at Wolf Pen Camp so will unload there and hitail it down.

My work is already cranking up for spring and I'm out for 3 days the next weekend so we're trying to cut a un-needed night away if possible $$.

This may just work into a event that I can do! I have been waiting for a long time to be able to do this. I am supposed to have another surgery anytime now but it looks like April may be a better time. If it's going to be April, I may be a late attendee!

@Montecresto how good does the radio you have do,
been looking at them thinking about getting one also?

I’ve been really pleased with mine, talked to Tramgauge from two miles distance in rough terrain.

Back at the lake it was great working in the yard with 70* temp on Friday. The lake started coming up, 6” a day for the next week. When I get back it will be time to put the boat in the dock.....

A moist winter will make for a beautiful spring.

Did you miss the part about the lake coming up 6” a day for the next week....😉

Lake is drawn down every November so frost will kill aquatic plants/weeds along the shoreline and give people a chance to build and maintain docks......

For some reason the RSVP 'Click Here" link isn't working, so I can't update my entry. It looks like it will be just me and the wife and we'll be staying at the Wolfpen ATV Campground at one of their cabins.

This will be our second group ride, so we're pretty green. When exactly do we need to be at the Heath Valley Campgrounds in order to meet up with the group? Will there be more than one such time?
