How did you wire this? Mine isn't activating the solenoid. Hooked to power and ground on solenoid and straight to battery but not getting anything

The other two wires go to the small remote wires off the solenoid. Green and black or white.

I had a defective one, the first go round.

My buddy bought 2 at the same time, the first one worked the second did not.

Hook red to 12v, black to ground. Hit the switch in or out on the remote and test the other 2 wires. If it's not switching 12volts out of either of the other 2 wires, then send it back and try again.

Mine (defective) was making a clicking sound but not switching.

Do you happen to have a Cachet brand?? Several ppl I know have defective ones. My Qiorange looks identical to it but hasn't given me a hint of trouble in over a year.

Send it back.. if you're wired up right it should work. Mine would click but wouldn't wind the winch.. I had to send my first one back.
