Okay turned pads back and adjusted C-bracket on bed that the hook latches to on each side. The holes are slotted so I was able to adjust them so the bed is now snug against the rubber stops. No more rattle.
Welcome from Michigan!

Sorry I mentioned reversing the rubber bump stops the bed is supposed to rest on when it is in the down position. If the bed latches are properly adjusted the bed frame will be snug down against the rubber stops. The part of the latching system that the hooked part of the latch captures when closed is bolted to the bed with two bolts per each. One per side. The holes in the bracket are slotted so I loosened them and slid them up and tightened them back up. Now the bed is snug against the rubber stops when down and so far no more rattles. We have the 2025 Pioneer 700 Deluxe. Bone stock except for the dealer added plastic roof.
