I thought it was perfect? HA! We need to do some with the food thing, bout starved again at a ride, HA! I think we hauled 3/4 of every thing we brought home. Thanks every body for all the great food!

Butter milk, jalapeño peppers, onions, garlic salt, 50/50 mix of corn meal and flour. Don't ask me about how much peppers and onions you need, that's a Mellisa question, call her.

With a “recipe” like this I’m sure you could get a lot of different results. Hahaha sounds like @Smitty335 wife is the person to ask this question, He doesn’t know.

Got that right! Some times I wonder if she knows, no she has a taste in mind, peppers / onions have different strengths and she knows what she's looking for. Drives me crazy, take her to a killer restaurant, she will sit and eat, figure out all the seasonings and how to cook it better than the restaurant does, talking about $ 150.00 dinner for two restaurants. But what's weird, she not a cake baker and she knows it, I don't like cake anyways!
