I’ve read this thread with great interest and tried to follow the testing and results.well I've come to the conclusion its the isolator,I hooked a seperate battery to it and same reading of 12.5 volts,I know both used to be 14.4.I will get a new isolater and try that,
new isolator solved problem. both charging at 14.3 now, thanks for all who replied.I’ve read this thread with great interest and tried to follow the testing and results.
I went to the Trueam website and they have a troubleshooting testing guide that I tried to include in my reply here. (hope it worked). I think that you’ve tried all the steps required to conclude a bad isolator but maybe double check the procedure. Just trying to help.

Thanks for the update. Always nice to hear/see the problem and find the definitive solution. I hate when we are left hanging wondering what happened.new isolator solved problem. both charging at 14.3 now, thanks for all who replied.

FIFYNew battery is on my list but I'll probably wait until the most inconvenient time in a very remote place before I find out I have to replace it.
If it's a True isolator, is the pigtail grounded properly?Hi guys. I'm having the same issue but I already bought a new isolator and it didn't solve the problem. Now I'm at a loss as to where to go to get this bug fixed? My volt meter agrees with my guage and I only have 12.2 v at the battery. When running I check the posts on the isolator and on one side (OEM battery) it shows charging and the other side just shows battery voltage, 12.2. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
