When I put the air in our enclosed I got the heat strips in it and it kept it decently warm and it was a 36 foot gooseneck.
We bought ours from E Trailer. It was a 15,000 btu Coleman with the heat strips. We put it on the front roof vent and still had a vent in the rear.

I know a lot of people had asked about the seat my little girl and Blaine's little girl were using in the Talon's:

Keep an eye on them as they go on sale pretty regularly.

@Haldog77 do the small RRB cabins you typically stay in have a bathroom? I can’t remember off the top of my head. If so, that is probably the cheapest route for a cabin with A/C and bathroom in the main area.

I think they are called hoot owl cabins. Basically enough room for the bed and a place to set your clothes bag down.
Yes, they are good for two people and they great for one. They have a shower, potty and sink, small microwave, small single cup coffee pot, TV and DVD player, and a small refrigerator. Queen bed, four pillows, four towels and four wash clothes.

It sounds kinda scary, but find a few other couples to split the rent, it is honestly the most economical.
The hardest part will be talking your wife into staying with complete unknown strangers. But if you find some couples now, and start checking each other on FB, you should have a decent idea of who you are staying with.
My first year, I somehow talked my wife into rooming with Plumber, JTW, Theelectrician, and I think 1-2 more people.
That was a bad call!!!

Some of you pioneer guys need to invest in a pump sprayer or figure out a way to get to the radiator a little easier for cleaning all that mud off so you don't overheat as much 😂
I plan to carry a pressure washer next time. But seriously, thank you @KyGal83 for the bottle sprayer. It kept us going and got us back. 😎

partly why I crawl through that stuff . . . well, sometimes with a bit of pace. Seldom fast enough to reach the radiator. Never (yet) over two bars on the radi-ometer . . .

You are very welcome! Added it to my must have list after @Red500 cleaned my window on a ride for me once. It has many, many uses.
