Does anyone have gpx track files for trails in and around the Big Piney District?

Has anyone been to Mack's Pines Recreation Area cabins and campground? Is it a good place to camp with good access to trails? Are the several days of trails to ride?

Yes to both questions. Great place to ride and some really good scenery.

I don’t know about gpx tracks but if you download the Maprika ski app ( it’s for off-road maps) then get the 2022 Ozark National Forest OHV map you should be able to get around.

This is trying to be a screen shot of the area in the GAIA GPS app but I can barely see all the roads on my 24" monitor. The base level is free, is available for Windows, android and apple. I recommend you download it, zoom in to the area you're interested in and make yerself dizzy trying to pick an area to ride. There are a ton of roads there, not sure about regulations though.

I've not ridden these trails yet but all trails in Arkansas have been good so far.

We did 3 days of riding at Macks Pines last year for spring break. It was great. The camp ground is nice, the trails are great. Overall we loved it and headed back to Arkansas this year to Mill Creek to check out more of the Ozarks National forest
