Back for a update, doors are adjusted properly, I also tried opening them as I was driving and squeaking continued. I might have narrowed it down some. I greased the rubber contact points under bed where they meet the frame and it helps for a bit. I also opened box while driving and squeaking and it stopped. Going to try greasing those spots again and adding to the grease on the box latching posts themselves. I watched a video on adding rubber tubing to the box latch posts, but it appears Honda changed latch design a little bit for 2022.
