@Nascar nice looking. Did you keep the template? Is that 1/4" plexiglass or thicker?

1/4" and no template. I just winged it. I no longer have that windsheild, as it scratched too easy, so I bought one of those flip up SuperATV ones. Much harder lexan & being able to open it up in 3 positions is nice.
