That' going be another sweet looking truck. These 2 guys are making me rethink my 99 C2500HD. Maybe need to find a mid 60's 1 ton Dually.
@What ya think @CumminsPusher 12 or 24 valve Cummings and an Allison Automatic sound about right?

Ford f750s used to run that combo, plus getting one from an air brake truck, I could see having a factory gear driven air compressor on board would be very handy

My only fear of having a trans that you have to split the range on would be trying to teach the wife to drive it. Gotta think about what if you were to get hurt or something were to happen

Plus trying to get any Eaton double counter shaft trans to fit between the frame rails of a one ton would be quite a feat, Alison's are a little bit taller but more narrower
