2020 pioneer fuel pump power

2020Honda pioneer 1000-5. New drove for 3 miles and motor died and came to a rolling stop. Would not start again. Engin turns over and was able to determine fuel pump not pumping. No power at pump. Relay and fuses are all good?

How are you testing this? Pump would only have power for a few seconds at key-on or while cranking/running.
Also, is the relay clicking at all? May be in the control side of the relay.

My fuel pump runs constantly with key on but double ck all power and ground cables been alot with loose positive cables causing weird crap to happen
