My buddy has a 19 R model with the same swaybar and runs it in the same position we do. He races XC but his frame is still 100% stock. I sent him the pictures you posted and told him to check his when he gets a chance. I'll report back when I hear from him...

Forgot about this thread..... My buddy with the previously uncracked stock frame had his crack just like all the other ones pictured here a few weeks ago.
Show him my pics, hopefully he knows how to weld or has a good friend that does!

Just like it should have come from Honda factory!After removing the sway bar, I noticed that the mount had started to crack on the passenger side. This is what my buddy came up with to strengthen the sway bar mounts. He positioned the added support tube forward of any trailing arm travel.

Then he cut some 3/16" plate to triangulate this section.
