Will increasing the size and volume of the radiator require another ECM reprogram ?

Not that I can imagine the ECU only tells the fan when to initiate via the temperature sensor

Is there an actual analog sensor for temp or is it a digital switch with preset cut in/cut out? Just curious if the ecu has logic controls for it or if it’s a simple switch

The ECU controls a relay to turn the fan on and off.
