Thanks @JTW for trying to get me into trouble. Thanks @Hondasxs I'll figure something out, I'm in New Jersey for 10 days and bored. This will give me a lot of time to do research.
Trail riding permits are now open for purchase. If you bought a yearly pass they are also expired and should be renewed.
Thanks.
That works more than you think.
Make it some random organization for the beaches and act like you're in charge.
I must be missing something here as I can't seem to locate the 071+93 designation or Trail Riding - Land Access Permit.
In the "Speciality" section if see this and it looks like the right description, but its a type 38 daily and 37 annual with a cost of $37 and $232 respectively; not 071+93 for $130:
"NR High Impact Daily or Annual - Required for riding hooved animals, bicycling and off highway vehicle use on designated wildlife management areas. Persons holding a valid hunting license with an appropriate permit to hunt on a wildlife management area and youth under 13 are exempt."
Dabbled around with it but the search functions are pretty lame... Perhaps someone in the know can help me out. At least I'm al registered on the TN R.E.A.L system!
Appreciate it!

Nope, small game hunting permits are cheaper than OHV land use permit. Don't worry about any waterfowl stamps etc. Not needed.@JACKAL getting ready for permit. Didn't you say something about a bird hunt permit?

That's what it was. Can that be purchased cheaper? Or is it even worth messing with?

Maybe you or @Hondasxs can tell us if there is an advantage to buying these ahead of time. I'm just wondering if something happened and we had to cancel our trip we would lose this money for sure as I doubt they issue refunds. Can we buy on site at RRB?

Mine are purchased for the year.

I was contemplating waiting till I got there to purchase them too..But I don't want to wait in line either. May just buy them the nite beforeYou live close and in Tennessee so that makes sense. I will only be in Tennessee for this ride (as a lot of others I'm sure). I'm just asking so people can wait to purchase if it makes sense. Getting my reservation money back is doable from RRB but the government isn't great at refunds.

Ya, there is no benefit of buying in advance. Just buy them the day of if you like.Maybe you or @Hondasxs can tell us if there is an advantage to buying these ahead of time. I can loan you a kid that has a lifetime sportsman license for half price. He doesn't drink Coors light yet so the beer cooler is safe. Food on the other hand is a different story. He drives really good if you can keep him out of the mud holes. You can buy the regular passes at RBR I know.

True but you run the risk of being in line for a very long time. They only have a couple of PC's.You can buy the regular passes at RBR I know.

If you are like me and the time gets closer and closer, you'll end up forgetting things and have to rush around to get caught up... I like getting things done in advance. But... do whatever makes you a happier person. No advantage, buy them when you like.
ive decided im bringing the rancher (for my son to ride) time to push him see how much hes learning and the crf (hehe for me) some places you just want to rip a bike and of course the p5
