Hi all, I have my Pioneer tore down to the block. I have an issue with my rod bearings getting worn down. I assumed the main bearings would be in similar condition as it sounds like a midget is in the cylinder with a hammer. I am looking for advice from those with more knowledge than myself. I am buying a new crank as the journals are worn/scratched where the rod bearings go. Is it possible that the oil pump went out causing the rod bearings to get no oil? I will post better photos of the rod bearings tonight.
